Reconstitution:

Dissolve the vial contents in 200 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer appropriate for western blotting.

Application and Titre:

Western Immunoblotting 1/1,000
For IHC, use IGF-I antibody for immunohistochemistry. Dilution 1/50 - 1/200
For RIA, use anti-rat IGF-I (PAT2). Dilution 1/60,000
