Description:
Human Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-4 (IGFBP-4) is a 237 amino acid glycosylated protein that is one of the six “classical” IGF binding proteins that play an important role in stabilizing and regulating the activity of IGFs in vivo. Human IGFBP-4 is a 24-28 kDa glycoprotein that does not appear to associate with the cell surface or the extracellular matrix.
