< 0.2% Recombinant goldfish (Carassius auratus) GH
< 0.2% Recombinant human GH
< 0.2% Recombinant rat GH
< 0.2% Recombinant porcine GH

Storage/Stability:

At least 2 years at 2 - 4°C (lyophilized)
After reconstitution store at -20°C
Avoid freeze-thaw cycles

Reconstitution:

Dissolve in 150 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application

Application and Titre:

Radioimmunoassay 1/20,000
At a dilution of 1/20,000 the antiserum binds 20-30% fresh[125 I]-labelled black bream GH tracer (80 Ci/g).
Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) of radioligand binding is produced by 7.0 ng/ml of black bream GH.
