Lyophilized powder
Specificity:
As determined by radioimmunoassay:
< 0.2% Recombinant trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) GH
< 0.2% Recombinant goldfish (Carassius auratus) GH
< 0.2% Recombinant human GH
< 0.2% Recombinant rat GH
< 0.2% Recombinant porcine GH
Storage/Stability:
At least 2 years at 2 - 4°C (lyophilized)
After reconstitution store at -20°C
Avoid freeze-thaw cycles
Reconstitution:
Dissolve in 150 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application
Application and Titre:
Radioimmunoassay 1/20,000
At a dilution of 1/20,000 the antiserum binds 20-30% fresh[125 I]-labelled black bream GH tracer (80 Ci/g).
Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) of radioligand binding is produced by 7.0 ng/ml of black bream GH.
