Reconstitution:

Dissolve in 150 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application

Application and Titre:

Radioimmunoassay 1/20,000
At a dilution of 1/20,000 the antiserum binds 20-30% fresh[¹²⁵ I]-labelled black bream GH tracer (80 Ci/g).
Half-maximal inhibition (ED₅₀) of radioligand binding is produced by 7.0 ng/ml of black bream GH.
