Delivery times and stability:
GroPep Bioreagents can supply reagents to anywhere in the world normally within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of the order. To maximise stability all our products are supplied lyophilized and in this form are stable for at least 3 months at room temperature and for two years at 4 degrees C. No dry ice is required.

All we require to immediately ship an order to you are:
1. Your name and full contact details including telephone, FAX and e-mail address.
2. Your Institution.
3. Billing Address.
4. Shipping Address. *** NOT A P.O. BOX NUMBER ***
5. An Institutional Purchase Order Number (if required).
6. The products and quantities required.
7. Method of Payment and Payment details (see below).

All orders are despatched on the working day they are received and delivery is usually 3 - 5 working days from date of despatch.
Handling and Shipping:
All shipments will attract a Handling and Shipping charge. Based on our normal 0.5 kg (1 lb) package, these charges will be:
Australia: AUD$30.00
Rest of World: US$65.00
For packages of greater than 0.5 kg (1 lb) higher charges may apply.
International shipments are sent by Federal Express, although we can use a courier of your choosing at your cost.
Customs and Import Duties and Charges
The customer is solely responsible for any and all local customs and importation charges and duties, if applicable.
Payment:
You can purchase directly from GroPep Bioreagents either by paying by credit card at time of ordering, or you can set up a Credit Facility with us through your Finance Department for supply on a 30 day invoice on completion of a Credit Application Form.
